Drama Teacher - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a high-quality, engaging, and creative Drama Teacher seeking an opportunity to work in a great secondary school based in Lincolnshire.

The position is a maternity cover starting in September and lasting until at least May 2025.

The responsibilities of this role involve the following:

• Teach high-quality Drama lessons to students based on the National Curriculum.
• Motivate and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
• Support students using a diverse range of resources that cater to different needs.
• Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies set by the school.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Drama department.

The role can be paid to scale which means the daily rate can be between £153.85 - £211.96.

• QTS and a specialism in Performing Arts Subjects: Drama/Dance/Musical Theatre
