Job Description:

Teach drama to students in grades 9-12.Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil the requirements of the school’s curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation as required.Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for individual student differences.Evaluate student performances in class and provide feedback.Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive relationships with students.Communicate with parents and school counsellors on student progress.Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in drama or a related field.Teaching certification or equivalent.Experience teaching drama to high school students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Immediate start with competitive rates of pay.
