Role Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and carry out small works on domestic intruder systems as well as gates and barriers when required
• Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes where possible
• Ensure systems meet British Standards and current regulations
• Complete reports, compliance documents, and service logs accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with domestic intruder systems (We are open to all levels of experience)
• Experience with gates/barriers is highly desirable but not essential
• Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving license
