My client is a highly regarded and established law firm located in the heart of South Manchester. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in resolving a wide range of legal disputes for clients.Job Description: As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage and represent clients in a variety of legal disputes, offering expert legal advice, and striving for favourable resolutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, providing invaluable legal support to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and represent clients in various dispute resolution matters, including commercial and property disputes.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Work closely with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and address their concerns.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.
  • Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Dispute Resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of UK dispute resolution laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
