The successful Litigation Solicitor will be handling a broad caseload of contentious probate litigation from instruction to resolution.THE CANDIDATE:You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with a range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Experience is contentious probate desired, and any additional experience in property or commercial matters would be advantageous.
