NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ Solicitor to join a specialist construction disputes practice handling both contentious and non-contentious work, in Edinburgh.

The role will involve supporting a partner on high-quality, complex disputes and advisory matters across major projects, including multi-million-pound transactions. With the team currently led by the partner, this is a unique chance to gain close mentorship and play a key role in the growth of the practice, with plans to bring in additional support.

You will be:

• NQ Solicitor with an interest in construction law (contentious and non-contentious)
• Adaptable, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate closely in-office
• Motivated by the opportunity to work on matters comparable in quality to top national and international firms
