A leading regional firm is looking to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its growing team based in Northampton. This is a standout opportunity for a senior-level lawyer who wants to combine high-quality commercial litigation work with real scope to influence business development and team growth.

The Role:

You’ll be handling a diverse caseload of general commercial litigation matters, while playing a key role in leading and developing the practice locally. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity for client engagement, networking and strategic input into the team's growth and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting on a broad range of commercial disputes
  • Leading client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Driving business development activity and representing the firm externally
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives across channels including LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and supporting their development
  • Managing files from initial instruction through to billing and payment
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments and locations

About You:

  • A qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in commercial litigation

  • Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and developing others
