- Act for major policyholders on coverage disputes across political violence, product liability, and cross-border risks
- Handle complex litigation and arbitration (UK and international) across a range of industries
- Lead and manage your own matters under supervision, and collaborate on large, multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Support wider litigation areas including fraud, banking, professional negligence, and regulatory defence
- Mentor trainees and contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team
- Engage in BD, thought leadership, and client development initiatives
What you’ll need
- 3–7 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or insurance disputes
- Experience with insurance coverage work (policyholder-side preferred, but insurer-side considered)
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Ability to handle fast-paced, document-heavy cases with confidence and composure
- Commitment to client care and interest in growing relationships
- Team-focused mindset with leadership potential
