THE JOB:- Spearhead delivery across 12 UK and 8 international regions, ensuring member retention and engagement- Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of Regional Directors and international managers- Champion the organisation's influence and insight function by fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the built environment landscape- Develop and implement effective regional strategies to achieve key objectives and enhance member value- Cultivate strong relationships with regional and local governments, industry leaders, and academic institutions.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Proven track record in customer/client relationship management and business development- Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management- The ability to motivate and lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident presence and the ability to influence at a high level- Knowledge of the built environment, construction, or civil engineering sectors.SALARY & BENEFITS:- £90,000- Remote working- Up to 8% contributory pension- 25 days holiday + 8 days Public Hols + Christmas shutdown- Lots more benefits.
