A London-based private equity and real estate investment firm with a dual focus across two complementary strategies. The real estate division targets value-add and opportunistic opportunities in most real estate sectors. It invests in assets aligned with long-term demographic and consumer trends, with a particular emphasis on under-valued, needs-driven properties.

The private equity arm pursues a high-growth investment strategy, backing businesses that are well-positioned to scale and tap into powerful global macro trends. The team looks for companies with the potential to unlock new markets and drive transformational growth.

What You'll Do:

• Drive fundraising efforts across multiple private market strategies
• Build and manage relationships with European institutional investors
• Craft compelling investor materials and support due diligence
• Collaborate across investment, operations, and impact teams
• Support middle office operations and investor reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years' experience in private markets (real estate, PE, infra, etc.)
• Strong fundraising or investor relations background
• Strong European institutional network.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about impact investing
