Morgan Hunt are currently working with a respected statutory Regulatory Body in their search for a Director of Fitness to Practise - a senior leadership role with a clear mandate to shape the organisation's strategic direction for its Fitness to Practise (FtP) function and deliver transformative change.This is a rare opportunity to step away from day-to-day casework and lead on strategy, transformation, and innovation. The post-holder will review, redesign, and implement a future-ready FtP model that enhances public protection, streamlines processes, and supports the profession.The successful candidate will be a strategic and inspirational leader with proven experience in regulation and a deep understanding of Fitness to Practise processes. You will have a track record in delivering transformation at senior level, implementing policy and operational change, and building trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Council, and Senior Management Team to set the vision, drive efficiency through technology and process improvement, and embed a proportionate, modern approach to regulation.
