Digital Project Manager - Beyond The Book : Job Details

Are you a Digital Project Manager or Digital Product Owner looking to join an incredible BCorp Digital agency? I am working with a fab team who are starting the search for a technical PM who loves to manage and own digital projects across website and app. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary up to £40k. Our client has a beautiful office in Warwickshire, and they are hybrid so onsite at least 1 day per week. This role is commutable across Warwick, Leamington, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, and Stratford-upon-Avon, to name a few.

The Company

A digital agency based in Warwickshire that works with a range of different clients across different sectors from travel and leisure to charity and non-profit and everything in between. They work with their clients to offer services across UX, design, development and deployment of a range of digital products including website and app, helping businesses to stay on top in a hugely digital world. They are a nice sized agency of around 20 people and have recently become BCorp which they are super proud of. With a culture focused on support, development and autonomy this is a great place if you love to manage your own time and workload. Offering lots of flexibility, they are onsite 1 day per week but more if you want to, and they have core office hours of 10am-4pm.

The Role

As Digital Project Manager you will be working on a core client in the travel and leisure industry and a few other smaller accounts. You will be building relationships with the client, and planning and managing the project through. You will be working with the internal teams to ensure projects are completed to deadlines and within budgets and help the team problem-solve. This role is a perfect mix of client relationships, planning and project managing.

About You

• To be successful in this role you will have the following:
• Experience in a digital environment and ideally from an agency background
• Experience in managing website or mobile app projects (any sector)
• Able to work with internal teams and brief Web Developers
• Good experience in using tools such as Jira
• Experience in managing projects from concept through delivery and to reporting stages
• Resource planning and budget management
• Experience working in a technical project management or account management role
• Understanding approach to UX, design and development of digital projects
