Mid-weight Project Manager - Ad agency

My Client is an award winning advertising agency who are on the hunt for their next Project Manager!

You will be working across a team built up of various departments including, Strategy and Data, UX, Design and Motion.

They are looking for someone who thrives on active involvement in projects and teams, not just overseeing them. You'll have the chance to leverage your expertise across various project types, from campaign activations to long-term product and service development, adapting strategies to meet specific project needs and overarching goals.

In addition to project management, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Project Managers, Project Directors, and Digital leadership team to ensure adherence to best practices and the delivery of world-class work. To thrive in this role, you must possess a unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and flawless execution. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining control over projects while fostering an environment where innovative ideas flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead collaborative digital projects with diverse teams
• Plan and execute complex projects in agile environments
• Solution-oriented and focused on delivery
• Manage stakeholders diplomatically
• Communicate effectively and remain composed under pressure
• Oversee multiple project teams and manage resources
• Handle budget reconciliations and client meetings
• Collaborate with leadership on project roadmaps

Experience & Capabilities:

• Proficient in scoping and delivering large projects
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Experienced in agile methodologies and meeting deadlines
• Qualifications like Scrum Master or PMP are advantageous
• Preferably experienced in fast-paced digital agencies
