Salary £66500 - £83000 depending on experience

You’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation, helping us tackle the industry’s biggest challenges and deliver life-changing solutions for individuals and families. This role, within the Digital team, will operate in one of a group of newly-formed product teams building microfrontend services to enable customer and business scalability. 

We’re looking for a pioneer Product Manager whowill excelat formingand taking ownership of one of thesenewly-formedproduct services,creating a scalablefoundationin an established enterprise environment. As the driving force behind your squad, you’ll have the independence to shape your strategy, make key decisions, and deliver impactful solutions, while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues. You will always have the support of experienced senior product people, including Heads of Product. 

You’llpossess a strong product management background, with experience in healthcare or building enterprise technical services preferred, as we look to build out the next generation in digital health.

• Define the Direction: Develop a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain to deliver solutions that address long-standing issues like accessibility and delays in care. 

• Pioneer A New Platform Model: Be at the forefront of implementing an innovative new service model that redefines Bupa's technical healthcare delivery. 

• Build Cutting-Edge Services: Build, mature, then drive adoption of configurable microfrontend services consumed by Bupa product teams, revolutionising our tech stack for scalability and flexibility. 

• Lead with Impact: Inspire and guide a cross-functional agile team to create innovative digital products that improve healthcare outcomes and provide excellent user experiences. 

• Own Your Domain:Establish best practice of a new domain, clearly defining the scope, remit and responsibilities to create a high-performing product team.
