This company hosts premium private schools, operating globally and educating over 80,000 students. The group is undergoing rapid growth, building new schools from scratch, acquiring others, and investing in high-performance, scalable digital infrastructure.

THE ROLE

This is a strategic digital leadership role. You'll take full ownership of the platform, ensuring it performs commercially, scales globally, and integrates CRM, CRO, SEO, and emerging AI-powered capabilities.

Less about day-to-day execution, this position focuses on product thinking, strategic ownership, and cross-functional leadership. You'll be instrumental in:

• Developing and connecting digital propositions across web content, onboarding, and user journeys
• Driving the roadmap for AI adoption within the web function
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across a global ecosystem

SKILLS

• Strong experience in digital or web product management
• A track record across CRM, CRO, SEO, and digital platforms
• Experience building and delivering roadmaps
• Comfort leading teams and stakeholders without needing to be hands-on
• A passion for AI innovation, even if not technical
• High attention to UX, performance, and conversion metrics
