GTS' vision is to 'connect the world through trade' by bringing the future of trade to our clients through Global Trade Solutions. Trade is changing, clients need us more than ever, and new models and capabilities are needed to compete. For our customers, we need to remain committed to being strategic partners, global connectors, and innovative problem solvers to help businesses and economies grow. We are seeking an individual to join this team in the role Digital On-Boarding Manager. The Digital On-Boarding Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing the adoption of our digital Receivables Finance (RF) solutions. In this role you will:

  • Boost Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) Adoption: Facilitate the implementation of IDS among our new and existing clients by engaging in meaningful conversations and managing their transition to the digital solution.
  • Work closely with Frontline and Services teams to ensure seamless onboarding, which integrates adoption of digital capabilities, for both new clients and existing client conversions.
  • Improve client satisfaction by providing essential training through personalised discussions and targeted webinars to promote digital understanding and adoption.
  • Deliver ongoing support to new IDS, and other digital capability (eg. Rapid Reconciliation) clients, to ensure a seamless and effective transition.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • A strong dedication to outstanding service and managing client relationships, and enthusiasm for educating clients and delivering training sessions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • The capacity to apply sound judgement to identify and resolve issues while adhering to timelines and maintaining quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work collaboratively with both frontline and operations colleagues.
  • A solid understanding of receivables finance is advantageous, but is not essential.
*Please note: This role can be based in Worthing or Birmingham. The successful applicant will be required to spend part of their working week at this location. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder will need to live within a commutable distance of the aforementioned office. As an HSBC employee in the UK, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities and a competitive pay and benefits package. This includes: • Private healthcare for all UK-based employees • Enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work • A contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution. Being open to different points of view is important for our business and the communities we serve. At HSBC, we're dedicated to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces - no matter their gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or age. We are committed to removing barriers and ensuring careers at HSBC are inclusive and accessible for everyone to be at their best. We take pride in being a Disability Confident Leader and will offer an interview to people with disabilities, long term conditions or neurodivergent candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
