As we gear up for our grand launch, and with a large investment deal just completed, we're now on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be the architect of our online presence.

What You'll be doing:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist you'll be the mastermind behind our digital strategy and execution. Think outside the box - we are the Rental Revolution and our marketing strategy needs to reflect that.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Developing a comprehensive digital marketing launch strategy alongside our CEO
• Crafting and implementing engaging campaigns across various online channels
• Social media content creation, following brand guidelines
• Managing and optimizing our social media presence
• Collaborating across the company to ensure a cohesive brand image
• Analysing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, including demonstrable experience with mobile applications
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse and interpret metrics
• Creative thinking and a knack for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to thrive in a start-up environment is key

Candidates who pass initial screening will be asked to an interview, during which they will be required to make a short presentation using a brief the company has prepared and brand guidelines. This role is primarily Remote Working. Initially you will be required to attend Leamington Spa in person once a month. This may increase to 2-4 days per month in 2024, dependant on company requirements.
