Job Description :

Our client is a prestigious and multi-sited organisation with a new permanent requirement in their marketing department for a Digital Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly into the MD, the key responsibilities will be:

Consumer & Brand Marketing (Digital-First)
  • Design and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, email automation, website optimisation).
  • Full accountability for website(s) performance, including content, UX, analytics, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
  • Create compelling brand story content across digital and social media platforms.
  • Use CRM/automation tools (Opus/Ortto) for segmentation, lead nurture, lifecycle marketing, and retention.
  • Track consumer behaviour and use data insights to improve customer experience and lifetime value.
Marketing & B2B
  • Oversee PR, print collateral, and events, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with the Commercial team on Partnership for Growth initiatives, including referral partner engagement and B2B events.
  • Manage community outreach campaigns, local events, and relating cafés to enhance the site experience.
  • Collaborate with Site and Operations teams to ensure brand alignment in on-site experiences and materials.
Proposition Development
  • Continuously evolve the company brand proposition to maintain premium positioning.
  • Support new product/service launches with integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Use consumer and competitor research to inform proposition development and pricing strategies.
People Leadership
  • Direct line management of Marketing/Brand Assistant(s), ensuring delivery against marketing and D2C plans.
  • Direct line management of our Engagement team who manage all enquiries, new leads and show round bookings.
  • Conduct 121s, support personal development, and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across Engagement, site, and marketing teams for brand execution.
Analytics, Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance (campaign ROI, lead conversions, engagement metrics).
  • Provide quarterly reports with actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of market, consumer, and competitor trends to guide strategy.
Finance & Administration
  • Manage allocated Marketing and Engagement teams budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
Strategic Growth
  • Identify and drive new growth opportunities across digital and offline channels.
  • Partner with senior leaders to scale marketing activity in line with company group growth strategy.
  • Review and update the marketing strategy annually and execute on time and on budget to drive business success.

Candidates that apply must have previous digital marketing experience to a supervisory level, with a strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and automation. You will also need to have a good grasp of traditional marketing channels such as PR, events and community. Excellent communication, copywriting, content creation skills are key, as well as good analysis and reporting. You must also be able to lead and motivate a small team that work predominantly remotely.

On offer is a base salary of 50-55k (depending on experience), a good benefits package and the flexibility to work mainly remotely. However, you must be within a 1 hour commute of at least one of their sites, some of which do not have access to public transport.

Salary : 50000 - 55000
