You'll be working for a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) who also deliver cutting-edge IT, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions.This role will not only give you the opportunity to work with the latest digital tools, AI tech, and automation but also manage and mentor a team of 4 (including 3 apprentices) shaping their development. All this done within a centrally located modern office and regular team socials. Salary up to £55K depending on experience + pension + additional day off for your birthday + parking + career progressionKey responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager include,

• Building high-performing websites (Wix Studio & WordPress), running SEO strategies, launching PPC and social campaigns
• Joining meetings, sales pitches, and steering impactful project briefs
• Create Compelling Content from blogs to email campaigns, crafting standout assets using tools like Photoshop, Semrush, and more
• Lead the Team, inspiring and developing junior team members, helping them thrive
• Explore new tools and techniques to supercharge marketing performance

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will need,

• 3+ years in digital marketing with strong SEO, PPC, Google Ads and web design experience
• Leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring up-and-coming marketers
• Hands-on with Semrush, AHREFS, Google Ads, GSC, and marketing AI tools
• A creative thinker who's also data-driven and detail-focused
