The Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Head of Content / Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and content strategy. You’ll drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and retention through impactful content and data-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content and digital marketing strategy across web, email, social, and paid channels
- Manage and mentor a small team
- Oversee SEO, campaign performance, and customer journey optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Report on KPIs and manage digital budgets
- Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activity
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in FMCG or retail
- Strong leadership and content strategy experience
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
