The role focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales through paid media, CRM, and digital campaigns, ensuring seamless brand experience and commercial success.

Description
- Develop and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across - Paid Social, PPC, Email and Affiliates
- Optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversion and ROI
- End-to-end campaign execution and analytics
- Responsible for the marketing budget and ensuring alignment with targets
- Ensuring a first class customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Lead weekly sales reporting & performance analysis
- Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts
- Lead on customer Acquisition and Retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Execute Email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)
- Analyse customer behaviour to improve segmentation and engagement
- Manage external relationships with agencies, web developers and partners
Profile
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing
- Previous Beauty or Fashion experience is essential
- Extensive experience across - Paid Social, PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliates and A/B testing
- Technical skills - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA and Shopify
- Strong CRM experience - Klaviyo would be great but not essential
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
Job Offer
