• Brand & Digital Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.
• Website Redesign & Management:
  • Lead the full redesign of our website to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Manage ongoing website performance, content updates, and analytics.
• Content Creation & Campaigns:
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content for web, email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Marketplace & Social Commerce:
  • Manage and grow our presence on Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
  • Optimize product listings, run paid campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social commerce and marketplace innovation.
• Performance & Analytics:
  • Track KPIs across all digital channels and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer product or retail environment.
• Proven experience managing brand strategy, website projects, and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and CMS platforms.
