I am partnered with a digital marketing agency in Hale who is seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Marketing Manager to drive their clients paid socials and demand generation strategies.

The role will report to the head of marketing and will partner with a diverse range of clients to lead their growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

Paid Social Strategy:Develop and execute ROI-focused paid social media strategies.

Optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Demand Generation: Collaborate on data-driven demand generation campaigns. Implement lead generation tactics to nurture prospects through the customer journey.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key metrics, provide actionable insights. Deliver regular performance reports to clients.

Experience Required:

The successful candidate will have an agency background and a proven track record of growth marketing. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, and we also offer a hybrid work model reporting to the Hale office (close to transport links)
