Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s digital presence across owned, earned, and paid channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that support both national and retail-level objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across all platforms (web, social, email, paid media)
- Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on data
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and retail marketing teams to align messaging and campaign execution
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and media partners
- Support the launch of new products and services with tailored digital campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within the automotive or consumer goods sector
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media advertising
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment
- A passion for innovation and emerging digital trends
