Job Description :

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to oversee the delivery of our national digital marketing strategy. This role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive student and franchise growth. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital marketing activities meet key performance targets and enhance our brand's digital presence.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Propose, prepare, and deliver innovative digital marketing activities to achieve growth objectives for student and franchise recruitment, managing projects within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Website Operations Manager & Brand Marketing Manager to align on digital strategic direction.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies and activity plans for digital marketing throughout the year, effectively using relevant channels.
  • Establish and deliver local digital marketing strategies for franchisees that complement and amplify national activities.
  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers, including content marketing and Native Ads management on platforms like Yahoo Native, Taboola, and Outbrain.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams and external agencies to implement digital marketing activities, ensuring all outputs adhere to the appropriate briefs.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and trends affecting the industry.
  • Actively participate in SEO efforts, focusing on Local SEO and Onpage Optimisation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with external media, digital, and data agencies to develop creative and effective plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with SEO, content performance analysis, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hours:  Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (onsite)

This is a temporary role for approx 2-4 weeks based in Ealing. 

Salary : 15.38 - 15.38
