You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, finding and developing innovative opportunities to develop the company’s digital channels, while generating qualified marketing leads along the sales funnel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data-driven Digital Marketer with around 3-4 years of professional experience and experience of SEO, PPC, and email marketing. The team is welcoming and diverse with an excellent line manager who recognises the importance of mentorship.

As the successful Digital Marketing Executive, you will be:

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimisation, and consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Utilise data-driven insights, A/B testing, and competitor analysis (with agency support) to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Set up, track, and report on marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing clear, actionable insights.
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI performance reports, identifying trends and making improvement recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider team to support strategic marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase targeted website traffic and improve search rankings.
• Plan, publish, and oversee social media content, engaging with audiences, monitoring performance, and exploring new campaign opportunities.

As the successful Digital Marketing Executive, you should have:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing within a B2B environment.
• Expertise in SEO (both on-page and technical), PPC campaign management, CRM systems, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social scheduling software.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables to perform data analysis.
• Experience in designing efficient workflows and leveraging marketing automation tools effectively.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £44,000 plus benefits including a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role.
