As this renowned organisation enter an exciting period of development and growth, the Director of Partnerships is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. Your new roleYour role will be to execute and maintain a group-wide digital marketing and engagement strategy. This candidate will collaborate across different business functions to improve marketing engagement and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms. Key responsibilities:- Collaborating with multiple departments to deliver and continuously improve their digital marketing strategy- Leading on the creating and editing of digital content, including reports, brochures, news stories, videos, podcasts, webinars and presentations- Managing brand compliance across all digital platforms throughout the organisation, ensuring effective and consistent communications of their vision and values - Utilise software packages to help create and communicate tailored marketing content to their wide-ranging stakeholder base for both product and impact related marketing campaigns- Lead on external collaboration with digital partners, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, supporting ongoing retention and growth strategies- Lead on the copywriting and design requirements for their wide-ranging stakeholder base for both product and impact related marketing campaignsWhat you'll need to succeedYour previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. In addition to:- 2 years digital marketing in a B2B environment- Creative mindset with practical application- Campaign Management and CRM- Adobe, Canva and Wordpress - Good communication, strong copywriter, attention to detail, agileWhat you\'ll get in returnYou will be paid an annual salary of £22-£25k + 9 pension, working hours per week at 37.5hours. The team you will be working within are all extremely close and work great together. They currently all work the same 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
