Digital Marketing Comms Assistant

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our clients team on an immediate temporary basis. This role is crucial for someone dedicated to enhancing communication strategies and engaging diverse audiences effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Internal Communications: Assist in crafting and managing effective internal communication materials such as posters and digital content.
- Website Oversight: Keep the website updated with fresh and engaging content; collaborate on projects with web developers.
- Social Media Engagement: Lead the creation of compelling content across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
- Content and Campaign Management: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies for social media and email campaigns.
- Media Management: Oversee the organization's media libraries, ensuring resources are current and well-organized.
- Digital Interaction: Act as the point of contact for digital platform inquiries, engaging actively with the online community.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal and fundraising events, adapting to flexible work schedules as needed.
- Creative Production: Develop engaging video and graphic content to promote organizational initiatives.
- Research Contribution: Assist in compiling data and insights for market research efforts.
- Emergency Communications: Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent communications needs outside of regular hours.
