We are looking for a Digital Manager to lead digital delivery across the agency and drive the growth of our digital offering. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects from scoping through to launch, collaborating with Account Managers, Designers, and Developers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and accessible digital solutions. This is a Wokingham-based role.Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from breif to launch and optimisation.
• Act as the primary contact for digital delivery, aligning stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop project plans, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop digital proposals and translate creative concepts into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee designers, developers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performance-driven digital experiences.
• Drive process improvement and evaluate the integration of AI and new technologies, while presenting to clients and mentoring team members.

About the candidate:

• Demonstrated experience delivering digital projects within a fast-paced agency environment, with a strong focus on practical execution.
• Solid grasp of modern web technologies and frontend best practices, including responsive design and accessibility requirements.
• Skilled at conveying technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project estimations, budgets, and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with platforms related to learning & development, gamification, or employee communications is highly desirable.
• Track record of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality digital outcomes.
