A well-known UK leisure brand is seeking an experienced Digital & eCommerce Manager to lead online sales growth and digital strategy! With a unique offering, this is a brand with a loyal customer base and huge potential for digital expansion; you'll be joining a close-knit marketing team with big ambitions to elevate the brand's online presence and drive revenue through innovative, data-led campaigns!

THE ROLE

As the eCommerce & Digital Manager, you'll take ownership of the brand's entire eCommerce function and digital marketing activity; this is a hands-on role, blending commercial decision-making with creative execution, and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing
• Oversee and optimise paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Monitor KPIs such as attendance, revenue, ROI, and average basket value
• Deliver conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives to improve online performance
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise sales and attendance
• Analyse website and campaign performance, producing actionable insights
• Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good experience in the digital / eCommerce space
• Hands-on expertise with PPC, SEO, and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
