With a diverse client base and a growing market share, they’re looking to further enhance their digital presence by bringing in a creative and proactive Digital Content Executive to join their expanding marketing team.
The Role - Digital Content ExecutiveReporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll take ownership of social media channels and content marketing activity. From shaping and scheduling posts across platforms, to developing digital assets, tracking performance and supporting campaign delivery — this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate content creator to make a real impact.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, growing online engagement, and contributing to lead generation and customer retention through compelling, audience-focused digital content.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the day-to-day running of social media accounts and email activity, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Develop creative and engaging content suited to a professional B2B audience, including written, visual and video assets
Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and support the growth of online communities
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to gather insights and turn them into effective content ideas
Coordinate content calendars to align with wider marketing campaigns and product promotions
Support the planning and execution of targeted digital campaigns, including paid social activity
Track content performance, analyse metrics, and feed insights into future plans
Maintain brand tone and consistency, while staying informed on industry trends and digital best practices
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, content or social media-focused role
Confident communicator with strong copywriting skills and an eye for what makes content engaging
Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling tools in a professional context
Familiar with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metrics and campaign reporting
Ideally some exposure to paid media, SEO or video content — though not essential
Organised, enthusiastic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary : 30000 - 35000
