DevOps Engineer (AWS & Linux) | Hybrid - North Notts | £60k plus bonus and much more.Are you a DevOps enthusiast looking to work for a company who are constantly growing within their industry, utilising the latest DevOps tools and solutions, and play a key role in their evolution and growth? If so, this role could be for you.Our client need someone to join them who has strong DevOps experience (AWS) and has proven experience working on the AWS Linux platform. Ideally you will have strong experience and expertise utilising Red Hat Linux, or byproducts. You will need to have strong database skills to bring to the table as well, ideally PostgreSQL - but they will consider other experience. They're currently utilising tools such as Kubernetes and Docker for their Containerisation so naturally they would love someone to be a Kubernetes enthusiast. You'll thrive from working in busy and incredibly fast paced environments where requirements can often change at a moment's notice! You'll also have knowledge of both Ansible or similar tools (for effective configuration management) and you'll naturally understand CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, Github and similar platforms.

You will need to have come from a strong infrastructure background and have knowledge of servers - both virtual and physical, storage, and networks. Our client have security at the heart of everything they do, and subsequently, if you have worked in an environment where DevSecOps is paramount then this will prove very useful to our client.You'll leave and breathe the world of DevOps. I want you to be technically inquisitive, approachable and essentially have a good attitude! You'll have the aptitude to take to their tech stack like a duck to water and be bold enough to maybe even suggest better ways of working… these guys will totally encourage and support your personal development and learning too. You'll be the sort of Engineer who brings new ideas to the table and one who will inspire better ways of working across the DevOps function.You'll have meticulous attention to detail and be the sort of Engineer who takes pride in what they do. You'll join a large, wider talented team so scope for learning here is vast. I'm looking for the type of DevOps enthusiast who can really take ownership and implement new ideas.

This is a cracking role, sitting within a cracking team, and working for a great manager within a very talented team. We can offer up to £60,000 plus company bonus and super benefits.
