Despatch / Goods Out Coordinator - Manufacturing & Distribution - West Bromwich- Salary up to £22,000-£24,000 DOEAbout the CompanyOur client is an established and growing manufacturer and distributor of industrial and speciality gases for a wide range of industrial applications. Despatch / Goods Out Coordinator - Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, including booking and processing deliveries, dealing with multiple couriers.
• IATA - Dangerous Goods experience ideally.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and initiative.
• Good time management, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Despatch / Goods Out Coordinator - Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange transport and documents for product shipments.
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and complete despatch of goods.
• Provide daily updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Manage and arrange inter-company shipments.
• Coordinate collections/returns from suppliers and customers.
• Book couriers online and notify customers/sales of shipping details.
• Label products and have knowledge of ADR and UN numbers using the Bartender system.
• Familiarize with the customer base for white-label products.
• Prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Process orders according to work instructions, including proper packaging to maintain acknowledged delivery dates.
• Ensure timely and accurate despatch to prevent customer non-conformance reports (NCR)
• Ensure safe handling of products.
• Propose solutions to ongoing issues.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Perform other common tasks.
