What You’ll Be Doing:

• Releasing customer orders using SAP
• Creating and managing pick lists for warehouse teams
• Building shipments via internal and third-party portals
• Updating data and maintaining accuracy within the SAP system
• Keeping Master Trackers up to date and reliable
• Producing and printing shipping manifests
• Booking in deliveries and ensuring schedules run smoothly
• Handling inbound calls from other departments with efficiency and professionalism
• Monitoring and supporting ongoing re-work projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar despatch or logistics admin role
• Confident working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving warehouse environment
