Desktop Engineer
Contract - 12 months+ - £230/day inside IR35
London - mostly onsite 9am to 5pm
Role
- The successful candidate will provide (L1/L2 ) IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support both locally and remotely.
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of end user computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide on-site and remote IT troubleshooting and incident resolution support services for PC
- Manage individual workflow and maintain current ticket queue via IT ticketing system
- Understanding of IT infrastructure including networking
Requirements
- Hands-on technical experience with Windows 10, Mac, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Networking
- Experience with remote access and remote control tools to support remote employees.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability and willingness to learn
