Are you a Design Engineer (Solidworks) or similar looking for a unique opportunity in a brand new position in Product Research and Development offering full training and progression to climb the ladder in an award-winning Construction group?

What You'll Do

• Work with SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create CAD designs for new products and modifications
• Support prototyping, testing, CFD analysis, and value engineering projects
• Develop and improve products to boost performance and reduce costs
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and marketing to ensure commercial viability
• Contribute to innovation workshops and bring your own ideas to the table
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and patent documentation

What You'll Need

• Background in Product Design, R&D, or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving
