The candidate must also be well organised and willing to learn a more logistics-based role. Those with no project management experience are encouraged to apply.The Role:

• Supporting the Production Manager with the management of projects from cradle to grave
• Project reports including schedule, cost, and profitability
• Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans
• Developing and maintaining bill of materials (BoM)
• Developing manufacturing flow for each project as required
• Liaising with manufacturing, quality and engineering departments
• Office based with occasional travel

The Person:

• Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Design and Development background
• Experience of manufacturing techniques, such as welding, brazing, soldering, machining (turning and milling), 3D printing, metal coating, and heat treatment processes
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic principles
• Any previous experience with precision engineering / production is highly advantageousReference Number: BBBH256398
