Deputy Store Director – Fine Jewellery & Watches Luxury Brand, LondonAbout:

• Luxury goods brand with a focus on watches, jewellery and fragrance.
• Synonymous for creativity, exceptional savoir-faire and beautifully designed products.
• Globally renowned brand with a strong brand identity and heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing service excellence and motivating the team in achieving sales targets.
• Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with clients.
• Analyse individual KPIs  to support the sales team, under the guidance of the Store Manager, in order to achieve the objectives set.

Requirements:

• Strong luxury background as a manager in a fine jewellery brand or watches 
• Have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills
• A true leader, eloquent, well spoken and an Ambassador to the brand. 

Offering:

• Salary up to £70,000 basic depending on experience.
• Commission and bonus
