37.5 hours per week- 100 % suppernumery no floor work only to cover sickness

THS Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to help run a stunning home in Pembroke Dock

The role of the Clinical Deputy Manager is to assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day organisation and effective running of the service, providing clinical leadership and management support for the nursing and care support staff teams.

You as the Deputy Manager

• NMC Registration required.
• 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
• Care Plan and Staff Management experience required
