What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the night hygiene team
• Driving the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across the site
• Ensuring all cleaning procedures are fully compliant with BRC and customer standards
• Working closely with production and technical teams to support smooth operations
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in hygiene practices and efficiencies

• Previous experience working to Hygiene standards
• A hands-on leader with excellent communication and people management skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment
