The role

Our client is looking for a Deputy Director - Research, Insight & Evaluation to lead their team, working on all things data, research, evidence, insight, and evaluation.

- Coach and mentor people to achieve objectives and deliver their best work.

- Promote growth and development for people and the sharing of knowledge.

- Ensure effective resource allocation and alignment of work.

- Use your skills and experience in research, analysis and/or evaluation to add value to specific projects and to inspire and motivate.

- Champion the culture of data-driven, evidence-based and impact-focused work across the organisation.

What you'll need

- Strong skills and well-established experience in mixed methods research, analysis and/or evaluation.

- Experience leading and managing a team of people.

- An open, collaborative, enterprise mindset with a passion for developing yourself and others.

- Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.

- A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
