Job Description :

We have a rare opportunity to join the Cambian Group in a newly established multi site children’s residential home with educational provisions. As a leader within our specialist mental health services you will be a major part in the transformation of delivery of service and our incredible children’s experiences.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives within the Statement of Purpose.

You will deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager whilst supporting and managing the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.

You will act as a responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints whilst working in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for Children & young people within our care.

The right candidate will have proven experience of Ofsted, have the ability to manage and want to develop their core skills and experience of mental health services offered within Cambian Specialist Mental Health Services to ensure are homes are always striving towards ‘outstanding’.
