An established and highly regarded independent dental practice in Cornwall is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead and support the day-to-day running of the practice. About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. You will lead the team, manage daily workflows, and maintain a high standard of care and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident in managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice
• Lead and support the dental team, including admin and clinical staff
• Ensure the practice remains fully compliant with CQC and other regulations
• Manage rotas, recruitment, stock ordering, and HR processes
• Handle patient queries and maintain excellent customer service
• Support the financial performance of the practice through effective planning and management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental practice manager is essential
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Sound understanding of compliance, governance, and dental regulations
• Confident using dental software and systems
