Demolition Supervisor - Liverpool Bay (Talacre)

Contract | Outside IR35 | Start October 2025

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a world leader in engineering and construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors.

As Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site demolition activities, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UK regulations. You'll play a key role in delivering safe demolition procedures and supervising the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).

• Supervise and oversee all demolition operations on-site

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, RAMS, and agreed methods of work

• Guarantee safe demolition practices at all times

• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring standards are upheld

• 5-10 year's experience in a similar supervisory role within the UK

• Strong background in mechanical or civil engineering, with demolition or construction experience

• Proven track record in managing on-site safety and compliance

• Must reside in the UK with full, permanent right-to-work (no sponsorship available)

• Contract role - full time, outside IR35

• Location: Talacre (Liverpool Bay) - 5.5 days per week

• Start date: October 2025
