Demand Planning Manager – International Markets

Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week in office)Salary: £70,000 – £85,000Reports to: Director of Global PlanningTravel: International travel expected quarterly

About the Role

Join a high-growth, global organisation as our Demand Planning Manager for International Markets. This strategic role will lead demand planning across 23 dynamic regions (excluding the US), driving forecast accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll manage a growing team of Demand Planners, work closely with Finance and Supply Chain, and play a key role in shaping our long-term commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & AccuracyLead demand planning across international markets, integrating financial forecasts and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.

• Team LeadershipManage and grow a team of Demand Planners (currently 2, expanding to 5), with indirect oversight of global planning teams.

• Process & TechnologyChampion planning process improvements and leverage tools like SAP (or similar) to optimise demand, supply, and financial planning.

• Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to align planning with strategic goals and market dynamics.

• Product Lifecycle ManagementSupport new product launches and manage lifecycle planning across diverse markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in international demand/supply planning roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to engage GMs, finance teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with data, charts, statistical models, and Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other planning tools.
• Skilled in PowerPoint and presenting insights to leadership.
• Commercially oriented with a strategic view (2–5 years ahead).
• International experience or languages a plus.
