Demand Generation Manager

Leeds 2 - 3 days on site per week | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of our clients sales pipeline and lead generation strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, generating and nurturing qualified leads, and accelerating revenue growth across a fast-scaling SaaS business.

The Role

Working closely with senior marketing leaders and sales, you’ll:

  • Manage and optimise the sales pipeline from lead to close, identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, social) to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Build and run lead-nurturing programmes with automation workflows to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools to measure ROI, optimise campaigns, and report on pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging with the buyer journey.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience driving revenue through demand generation strategies.
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Intercom).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, test, and optimise.
  • SaaS or technology sector background (field service management a plus).
