Demand Generation Manager - March Recruitment : Job Details

The overall purpose of this role is to create, develop and implement demand generation strategies and marketing campaigns, which generate leads and deliver revenue for the Company in line with defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Drive lead generation, optimise funnel performance, and boost ROI
• Collaborate across sales and marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Create compelling content and messaging for target audiences.
• Use analytics to track campaign success and shape future strategies.
• Support ABM, events, digital marketing, automation, and more.

Key Competencies of a Marketing Communications Specialist

Essential

• 5+ years’ B2B demand generation experience.
• Experience in related products and markets, preferably in technical hardware.
• Experience of collaborating with international vendors and teams.
• Proven ability to grow pipeline and drive revenue.
• Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign tools.
• Demonstrable campaign success using ABM, event marketing, digital marketing, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Creative copywriting and content development skills.
• Collaborative mindset with strong project and time management.
• Degree in marketing or related field.

Desirable

• Experience with platforms like Google AdWords, GA4, Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, Asana, Adobe, Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
