Delivery Support Co-Ordinator - Compliance

Location: Stockport (remote)

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Support Co-Ordinator to join their team. As the Delivery Support Co-Ordinator - Compliance, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering key Delivery activities related to Hard FM Compliance and non-connected supplier work activity jeopardy management. This is an exciting opportunity to support the national Delivery team and ensure the integrity of compliance data and evidence meets quality standards.

What you will do:

  • Administer and coordinate all activity related to efficient and effective administration of key Delivery activities.
  • Ensure compliance data and evidence meet quality standards.
  • Monitor, identify, and report deviations from required performance SLAs and quality standards.
  • Support the efficient and effective service to customers through the jeopardy management of non-connected suppliers.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with property and CAFM systems, process, and data.
  • Strong understanding of systems-based management information.
  • Ability to support the implementation of change.
  • Excellent coordination skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role in a busy environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with management information, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in matrix management arrangements.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight timelines and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of FM in a large organisation and understanding of data and workflow platforms.
  • Adherence to process and accuracy in work.
