Delivery Support Administrator, Temporary / 4 months, 35 hours per week, £15 an hour, Canary Wharf, London.

An organisation at the forefront of maintaining standards in Education and Care is looking for two Delivery Support Administrators to join their national team. This is a fantastic opportunity to add capacity to the smooth running of their Delivery Unit, providing essential support to Delivery Officers, the inspection teams, and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and respond to queries from inspectors promptly, escalating as necessary
• Support routine administrative processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution
• Assist with organising conferences, seminars, and improvement events, including meeting arrangements
• Provide IT support to inspectors
• Maintain SharePoint sites and other key systems, process invoices, and coordinate office supplies
• Provide support to the Director, senior leadership team, and wider Delivery Unit as needed

Ideally your CV will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a busy office environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to contribute to improving processes for efficiency and quality
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
