DV Cleared Delivery Lead / Programme Manager (Outside IR35)

We are seeking a DV Cleared Delivery Lead / Programme Manager to oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives, driving alignment and delivery excellence across multiple teams.

The role:

• Outside IR35 £650-£700 per day

• 6-month initial contract

• 2 days per week in London (hybrid)

• Requires MOD DV clearance

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead

• Strong track record leading Agile Team Leads and Scrum Masters to deliver at scale

• Expertise across cloud, data, and software transformation programmes

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Hands-on experience with data-driven projects

This role offers the opportunity to shape and accelerate delivery across complex transformation programmes, ensuring high performance and measurable outcomes.
